Our build paradigm is based on optimization. Our approach is to only build what is needed while maximizing reusability. One of our key metrics is to focus on minimizing rework and defect remediation.

While being flexible on the development process we have a strong preference for Agile development approach, specifically when developing complex multi-role, multi-user solutions. Our efforts are to have multi-channel feedback into the development cycle to ensure incremental delivery of value as we march towards project success.
