We offer three levels of service depending upon your requirements and budget.
Platinum Package
Our Platinum Package offers all of the benefits of the Gold Package and more. You will be appointed a representative to assist you throughout the whole process and accompany you throughout your visit to the Philippines. From booking flights to arranging hotels or resorts, from organising excursions to finding you the best place to eat, they will be your personal assistant throughout your stay. This Package combines the best elements of a five-star holiday with an investment trip. Ideal for the entrepreneur or those looking to retire, this package gives a full insight into life in the Philippines.
Gold Package
In addition to the services in the Silver Package, our Gold Package will provide you with site visits to the Philippines to view the properties that you are considering. In addition, we will advise on flights and booking hotels during your stay. Meeting you at the airport, you will be accompanied to the properties with our representative and the real estate agent who will be able to provide you with immediate answers to any questions or queries that you may have. Our representative will also make themselves available to you via telephone and email throughout your stay. We recommend this Package when buying a property that is already constructed so that you are fully appraised of the area and property.
Silver Package
Our Silver Package is the most basic. It involves meeting you either in person or remotely at one of our three offices. We then take you through our portfolio and allow you to make an objective decision as to which property is best for you. The matter is then passed to our legal team who will see you through the purchase to completion, informing you all of the way of progress and timescales and dealing with the registration, payment of taxes and deeds on your behalf. This Package is likely to me most suited to those buying “off plan” development properties.
