Founded in May 2006, the company started operating in the area of Recruitments in the name of Shramik Power Job Pvt. Ltd. As part of the Group’s growth plans, the recruitment business was hived off as a separate Legal entity in October 2011 in the name of Xpert Conexions. The current Promoters of the company are Col. Shailesh Kumar, J P Raman & Rajan Dutta. At the same time, the Group has also hived off its Employee Back Ground Verification Services into a separate Legal Entity by the name of Refcheck Xperts.
