Dr Archana Tyagi has been a Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management and has about more than two decades of experience in higher education, training and consultancy. She is a clinical psychologist from CIP (Central institute of Psychiatry), Ranchi. Her thesis is on “Personality Profiles of Scholars from Professional Stream of Education”: A Co relational Study. Four psychometric instruments namely, MBTI, 16 PF, NEO-5 and FIRO-B have been taken to make a comparative study in Higher Education. She is a Certified practitioner of Bar-On EQ-i 2.0 (Emotional Quotient Inventory) & EQ 360, conducted by High Performing Systems Inc (US). She is an Accredited Trainer of MBTI and Step II- (Expanded Analysis Report (EAR); DISC and ‘Entrepreneurial Motivation Training’ (EMT) from NIESBUD, India. Received Assessor Certification on Competency Mapping by SHL UK and awarded Certification by ‘Grid International Inc’. She is a Coach with Coach for Peace and choosemylife (http://www.choosemylife.com/) in Geneva. She has worked extensively with public and private sector in coaching, training and consulting. She is also being approved as a qualified user of the Big Five Materials. She has been associated with UBIS (University of Business and International Studies), Geneva, as an Adjunct associated Professor,(http://www.ubis-geneva.ch/ from 2008 Jan -2013 Jan. From, April 2011 till May 2013, she has been associated with IMTCDL (IMT Centre for Distance Learning) (http://www.imtcdl.ac.in/), as a Professor of OB/HR. She has publications in refereed national and international journals and has also authored a book on Organizational Behaviour. She has established a Management and Human Resources Consulting firm, Meemansa Consultancy in 2013 July, to help consulting services in the areas of process improvement, organizational development and strategic planning. She is presently associated with “Centum Learning Ltd” and “Right Management” as an “Associate”.
